    Sifu Rama

    Sifu Rama-Roberto Lamberti, of Italian origin, is a master of internal arts dedicated to guiding thousands toward balance, wisdom, and inner peace. With over 20 years of experience in Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan, he trained under Franz Moeckl in India and Sifu Wong Kiew Kit in Malaysia, introducing these arts to Latin America in 2001. Rooted in Advaita meditation, he studied with Jean Klein and H.W.L. Poonja, deepening his understanding of self-inquiry. As the founder and president of La Montaña Azul Training and Retreat Center in Costa Rica, he continues to inspire transformation, with his teachings reflected in The Serene Force, Voices and Silences of Sifu Rama by Adelaida Nieto.

    Debbie Holcomb

    Debbie Holcomb is a Certified Shadow Work® Coach and Facilitator specializing in emotional and spiritual growth. As the founder of Women Revealed and sole owner of Gracing Experience in Rockford, Illinois, she has been guiding individuals, couples, and families toward deeper self-awareness since 2001. A certified trainer in Shadow Work, Couples Coaching, and Enneagram assessments, Debbie is passionate about empowering others to speak truth with love. A mother of five and grandmother of three, she remains deeply engaged in her Rockford community, helping others navigate personal growth with authenticity and compassion.

    Jeff Manchester is a certified executive coach and master facilitator with over 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential through authenticity and connection. As a partner at Shift 180, he empowers executives to overcome self-limiting beliefs and foster environments of trust, collaboration, and innovation. Having worked with over 1,000 CEOs and presidents, Jeff specializes in one-on-one coaching, leadership retreats, and YPO/WPO forum facilitation. A Certified Forum Facilitator and Trainer for more than two decades, he has played a key role in YPO leadership, serving as past Chapter Chairman of YPO Florida, Regional Forum Officer for the Southeast & Caribbean Region, and Champion of the Cancer Focus Forum.
